AI Workshop

AI is transforming how we build software—and if you’re not leveraging it yet, you’re leaving productivity on the table.

The AI Workshop is your practical guide to integrating AI into your development workflow. This isn’t about building ML models from scratch, and it’s not another “how to prompt ChatGPT” tutorial.

It’s about the messy middle ground where real work happens: understanding what AI can (and can’t) do, picking the right tools from the endless stream of new releases, and making AI genuinely useful in your day-to-day coding.

I’ve rebuilt my entire workflow around AI. It’s changed how I write code, debug problems, and ship projects. Now I want to show you exactly how to do the same.

You’ll learn to write better code faster, streamline repetitive tasks, and turn AI from a buzzword into your most reliable development partner.

Cohort #1 was an eye-opener for me in terms of how to leverage and integrate AI with web development --- Deepak

This workshop is for you if…

This workshop is perfect for developers who want to learn how to leverage AI in their work, whether they are just starting out or have some experience with AI technologies, but still can’t fully adapt to using AI in their work.

Does AI confuse you? Do you feel overwhelmed by the amount of information out there? Do you want to learn how to use AI in a practical way, without getting lost in the details? This workshop is for you.

Curriculum

The first edition back in July 2025 was all about Claude Code, we used it for demos and a big SaaS app project. It was clearly the best tool at that time. And still is, looking back it was early but I definitely picked the right one as the foundation tool.

In the second edition on top of the Claude Code tutorials I added other important CLI tools (Codex, Warp, Cursor CLI), IDEs (VS Code + Copilot & Cursor), and vibe-coding cloud tools (v0, Bolt, Lovable, Replit). All fantastic tools I use myself too.

In the December cohort I covered new models (Gemini 3, GPT-5.1, Composer 1, Opus 4.5), added a brand new MCP section, and covered new awesome tools (Antigravity, OpenCode).

In the January cohort I added new models (Gemini 3 Flash, GPT-5.2, GPT-5.2-Codex), added a new section on AI code reviews (CodeRabbit, Cursor BugBot, Claude Code as a GitHub bot), new features in Claude Code (Claude Code Web, Claude Code Plugins, Claude in Chrome), new Cursor features (Cursor Visual Editor, Cursor Debug Mode), OpenCode Desktop.

In this new February cohort, we have a TON of new stuff. Skills, Subagents, running local models using Ollama, new tools (Zed, Gemini CLI, Amp, Conductor), new workflows (Ralph, using Claude Code from Claude Desktop, using Git Worktrees, using Claude Code from the mobile app, teleporting sessions in Claude Code, sandboxing sessions in Claude Code, using Docker sandboxes, using AI to design, using the Compound Engineering plugin), using the Notion and Railway MCPs, running Claude Code directly on a server to “vibe code” a live app.

BONUS: joining the AI workshop now will give you access to all of the 2026 cohorts of the workshop too, so you can keep staying up to date with all the AI stuff. For example in March we’ll have a new cohort, in April another one, and so on. I plan to add more tutorials in each cohort, and you’ll get access to them. Continuous learning!

I did incredible stuff with Claude Code after that first cohort! Only now switched to Antigravity because of the immense hype, and it is awesome. Now I am kind of switching between everything. Your course really made try out the new stuff, otherwise I would probably still be pasting stuff into ChatGPT browser windows. Thanks! --- Kenn

I’ve taken several courses and bootcamps with Flavio, and his courses are always synonymous with learning and staying up to date with the latest technologies emerging in the industry. His most recent AI Workshop was no exception—it’s all about exploring and putting into practice what AI offers developers today. This was a completely new topic for me, and thanks to this course I now have a much clearer idea of what’s available and which tools can truly help in my day-to-day work as a developer --- Jose

I have been working on web development for a while to create my own personal projects. Participating in Flavio’s first AI workshop and learning how to integrate AI with web development was truly an eye-opener for me. The insights I gained over the 10 days made me realize the vast potential of leveraging AI to enhance future projects, particularly for providing personalized recommendations to end users about my products and services. I highly recommend Flavio’s AI workshop to anyone interested in learning and gaining hands-on experience with AI. The workshop is very methodical and structured, presented in a logical manner that makes complex concepts easy to understand. --- Deepak

I would never have been able to do this without your guidance on how to program in the age of AI. After only a couple of hours at the keyboard, I had a functioning geolocation map that could be run on an independent mobile device with live tracking and proximity measurement. In the background a relation database had been built and was being updated in realtime. I wrote zero lines of code, the AI agent handled the rest. So much less frustrating than trying to figure out all of the configuration and programming errors on my own --- Ulu

I love your courses on AI. I’ve been following you for years, but here and there I have a specific need to upskill and AI seemed like too much at once. Your courses were simple yet super practical to grasp the most fundamental concepts --- Carla
