AI Workshop

AI Workshop

AI is reshaping how we build software. If your model still lives in a browser tab you open when you’re stuck, you’re leaving speed and clarity on the table—every day.

The AI Workshop is a practical field guide for your real workflow: not a from-scratch data science track, and not one more generic “write better prompts” playlist.

It’s the messy middle where shipping happens—what’s worth your time, where tools fail, and how to wire them into the editor, terminal, and reviews you already use.

I rebuilt how I write, debug, and ship around AI. I want to hand you the same playbook—so AI stops feeling like hype and starts feeling like a teammate that shows up every day.

You’ll move faster on the work you care about, shed repetitive glue, and turn “AI-assisted” from a label into something you actually trust.

I am enjoying the AI course immensely. I have been busy creating projects that I use around the home and are quite useful. There is no way I could have created this without your help. I refer to your course notes and use AI to guide me through. Production time has been shortened from months to days or hours even. Quality has increased from amateur to professional – Jim

Notes

Cohort #1 was an eye-opener for me in terms of how to leverage and integrate AI with web development – Deepak

This workshop is for you if…

You write software for a living—or you ship serious side projects—and you’re tired of treating AI as a party trick. ChatGPT in a tab, Cursor installed, maybe a CLI you tried once… and your day-to-day flow still feels scattershot.

If the launch cycle never sleeps and you want a clear, practical system instead of another trend to chase—this is for you.

Curriculum

The spine of the workshop is Claude Code. We lean on it for demos and a full SaaS-style build. I bet on it early; it’s still the strongest base camp for this kind of work.

From there we branch into other CLIs (Codex, Warp, Cursor CLI), IDEs (VS Code + Copilot, Cursor), and browser-based builders (v0, Bolt, Lovable, Replit)—tools I use myself every week.

We cover leading models (Gemini, GPT, Composer, Opus) and a full MCP section.

There’s dedicated material on AI code reviews (CodeRabbit, Cursor BugBot, Claude Code as a GitHub bot), Google AI Studio, and OpenCode Desktop.

Claude Code in depth: Claude Code Web, plugins, Claude in Chrome, Cowork and Dispatch, scheduled tasks from the Claude desktop app, and agent teams—plus practical tips like disabling the Claude Git coauthor and not over-relying on a model’s training data.

Cursor in depth: Visual Editor, Debug Mode, Cursor rules, Cloud Agents, the Agents Window, the built-in browser, skills and subagents in Cursor, MCPs in Cursor, and image generation in Cursor.

Codex in depth: plugins, automations, and computer use.

We go deep on spec-driven development (including OpenSpec, with a worked example of adding a feature to a project), skills, subagents, and local models with Ollama and LM Studio—including running a local coding agent with Pi and Gemma—plus Zed, Gemini CLI, Amp, Conductor, and workflows (Claude Code from Claude Desktop, Git worktrees, mobile, session teleport and sandboxes, Docker sandboxes, using AI to design (with Google Stitch and Paper, the code-native design tool), the Compound Engineering plugin). We wire up the Notion and Railway MCPs, cover running Claude Code on a server for a live vibe-coded app, Remotion for video, and creating your own skills. I keep adding lessons as the tooling evolves.

You also get real-world case studies from my own work: fixing DevOps mistakes with AI, securing a server, updating self-hosted Plausible analytics, debugging a weird server issue with a killed process, building an app to generate comic strips, and what I learned shipping one project a week for 10 weeks.

Note: Your enrollment includes the full library—every lesson I’ve shipped so far, plus what I add as the stack evolves.

I was part of your December cohort. Everything you told me (and continue to tell people) was absolutely true. Today’s AI coding agents are a force multiplier. In a few hours, I create things that previously took days or weeks. In a few weeks? I’ve built production-ready applications I probably couldn’t have achieved at all. Not just prototypes. Real things, solving real problems – Brian

I did incredible stuff with Claude Code after that first cohort! I only now switched to Antigravity because of the immense hype, and it is awesome. Now I am kind of switching between everything. Your course really made me try out the new stuff, otherwise I would probably still be pasting stuff into ChatGPT browser windows. Thanks! – Kenn

I’ve taken several courses and bootcamps with Flavio, and his courses are always synonymous with learning and staying up to date with the latest technologies emerging in the industry. His most recent AI Workshop was no exception—it’s all about exploring and putting into practice what AI offers developers today. This was a completely new topic for me, and thanks to this course I now have a much clearer idea of what’s available and which tools can truly help in my day-to-day work as a developer – Jose

I have been working on web development for a while to create my own personal projects. Participating in Flavio’s first AI workshop and learning how to integrate AI with web development was truly an eye-opener for me. The insights I gained over the 10 days made me realize the vast potential of leveraging AI to enhance future projects, particularly for providing personalized recommendations to end users about my products and services. I highly recommend Flavio’s AI workshop to anyone interested in learning and gaining hands-on experience with AI. The workshop is very methodical and structured, presented in a logical manner that makes complex concepts easy to understand. – Deepak

I would never have been able to do this without your guidance on how to program in the age of AI. After only a couple of hours at the keyboard, I had a functioning geolocation map that could be run on an independent mobile device with live tracking and proximity measurement. In the background a relational database had been built and was being updated in real time. I wrote zero lines of code, the AI agent handled the rest. So much less frustrating than trying to figure out all of the configuration and programming errors on my own – Ulu

I love your courses on AI. I’ve been following you for years, but here and there I have a specific need to upskill and AI seemed like too much at once. Your courses were simple yet super practical to grasp the most fundamental concepts – Carla
