You might already have a product, a service, an audience, or an area of expertise. Internet Business Lab helps you turn that starting point into a calm business you can operate independently.
The question this program answers: How do I find customers and make a living from the products and expertise I already have?

Why now?
Thanks to AI, there’s never been a better time to start a software business. You can go from an idea to a working product much faster than you could a few years ago.
The flip side is that the code is not your moat. It never was, and today it matters even less, because anyone with a coding agent can build a copy of your app.
What makes a tiny business work is a product people need, plus a way to reach them. That’s marketing and distribution, and it’s what we’ll work on together in Internet Business Lab.
What it is
Internet Business Lab is a practical program about building an independent business around work you care about.
We’ll work on:
- Positioning and choosing who you want to help
- Creating clear offers people understand
- Pricing your products, services, or expertise
- Finding customers and making sales
- Building distribution through content and relationships
- Managing money, time, and focus
The goal is to move from building in isolation to running a sustainable business with customers and revenue.
How it works
We start together on Wednesday 28 October and finish together on Tuesday 17 November.
Every weekday there’s a new video lesson, about 30 minutes long, on one topic. That’s 15 lessons over the three weeks.
You go through the lessons with the rest of the cohort, in a community where you can ask questions and share your work.
I’ll share the price when enrollment opens, and the waiting list hears it first.
