You know how to write software. Now the agents write a lot of it for you, and the job shifts to planning the work, reviewing what comes back, and staying in control of what ships.
The question this program answers: How do I plan, build, and review software with coding agents without losing control of the result?

What it is
AI Workshop is a three-week cohort about working with coding agents. I ran ten cohorts so far, and every cohort gets updated material on the latest models, tools, and workflows.
We’ll work on:
- Planning before the prompt: a clear system, a small task, and checks that tell you when the work is done
- Directing agents like Cursor, Codex, and Claude Code
- Reviewing what comes back: weak abstractions, missing edge cases, security gaps, code that only works in the happy path
- MCP, skills, subagents, and automation
- Shipping software you understand, while keeping control of the data, the boundaries, the deployment, and the codebase
Members keep access to the AI Workshop library after the cohort ends: long-form guides on AI fundamentals, Cursor, Codex, and Claude Code, more than 60 tutorials, a collection of best practices, and a private Discord with more than 280 developers.

You need to know how to code. The workshop assumes you already write software.
What it is not
AI Workshop does not teach coding from zero. For that there’s the Bootcamp.
It is not a tour of every AI tool either. The point is a repeatable way to plan, build, and review software with agents.
